Paul Purcell is the lead security analyst and preparedness consultant for InfoQuest Investigators in Atlanta , GA. Having grown up in a military family that moved constantly, and having spent the early part of his career in hospitality industry risk management, Paul has been exposed to numerous risks, threats, disasters, and emergency situations.

Before 9/11, most of Paul’s work focused on the private sector where he would conduct workplace safety, risk management, and loss control projects. Since then, he has produced major studies, and participated in sizable projects for varied groups such as Col. David Hackworth’s SFTT foundation, the DeKalb County Office of Homeland Security, the Coastal Health District of GA (G-8 Summit), the California Pizza Kitchen chain, the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security, the State Dept. of Public Health Pandemic Influenza Planning Panel, and lately, for Spike TV’s “Surviving Disaster” series.
